Phil has significant experience in business development, marketing and strategic policy review in a wide range of health care and related political, scientific, and industrial and technology environments.

Phil's key area of interest is the future of the Australian economy, the living environment for Australians over this next 50 years, and what risks these issues represent for the people and the workforce of Australia between now and 2050. With his background in the health sector, Phil is specifically interested in the future requirements for health, education and services workforce structures in terms of the emerging role of technology in its potential to leverage improved quality of life in a global warming environment where services quality, choice and capacity (health, education, general services) will be key instruments for Australia's social sustainability.
